For today I ate 924 calories. Still under 1200. :) Two good days! Hopefully this weekend won’t go down hill.

So for today I didn’t go over my calorie limit at all. But I didn’t eat at all proper today because of work.
We were so busy that I didn’t get to eat lunch. So instead I ate my lunch for dinner. Which I know isn’t good, but I somehow it made sense in my mind.
For today I only ate 960 calories. I’m aiming for 1200 daily.
Tomorrow I will do better with my timing and spreading my meals out.
Okay so the reason I haven’t posted in so long is because I have been out of town. Out of town=junk food all the time. :/
I weighed myself this morning and I thought the numbers were going to be worse. I only gained two pounds. Which I guess when you look at how long I was out of town for, isn’t bad at all.
But did start eating better today. And I plan to lose those two pounds plus way more!
Okay so I didn’t do too bad today!
For breakfast I only had 140 calories.
For Lunch I had 375 calories.
The ONLY thing I messed up on today was dinner. I made a lean cuisine and it was disgusting. I eat lean cuisines all the time. They’re a good way for me to keep track of how many calories I eat and all of them to me are delicious. Except for this one that I had today. It was my first time trying it and I could not finish it. So I ate instead this pasta thing my mom ate and I didn’t go over board! I ate a good amount and I ate until I was satisfied. I didn’t over eat to the point where I couldn’t breathe. So I’m going to guess that maybe dinner was around 400 calories.
I try and eat every 3 to 4 hours because I have heard that its the best way to keep your body moving and to keep it out of starvation mode. So after lunch and before dinner I ate a Special K Strawberry bar. It was sooo good! I’m definitely glad I decided to buy them. I will be picking up more! I used to instead eat these Quaker Oatmeal bars, which are also really good! So I think i’m going to stay stocked on both and switch them out that way I wont get tired of them. These are both only 90 calories. I only ate one today.
And also, I have eaten 80 calories worth of ice pops. I am for sure going to be looking for lower calorie ice pops considering how hot it is outside. And they are somewhat addicting!
But in total for today I ate 1085 calories. Not bad at all, but that is assuming that I was right about the 400 calorie dinner. Hopefully it wasn’t more than that! I am trying to stay under 1200 a day.
Well, tomorrow is a new day!

I’m kind of sleepy, and could really go for a nap. But I think i’m going to suck it up and go to the gym since I actually have time. I should feel better after I work out. And I can get a good nights rest before a full day at work tomorrow. :)
I don’t understand what was stopping me from starting over fresh. I guess my mind wasn’t in the right place. Because I have everything I need to accomplish what I want to accomplish.
Today is a new day. And i’m ready to get this started.

So I think along with losing weight, I want to try and bulk up a little. Not extremely, cause I don’t think girls with A LOT of muscles are attractive, but I wouldn’t mind having a slender six pack on my stomach. Or good looking muscles on my arms.

So I totally forgot to weigh myself this morning when I woke up. So I weighed myself just now and I weigh in 193.0.
But this is probably two or so pounds heavier than I was this morning. I just ate and drank so there’s extra. And also, it was a really heavy/unhealthy meal. But I plan to work it off tonight!
I do plan on going running a little later today and going to the gym later on tonight also. Hopefully nothing stops me from going to the gym! I’m overdue.
Will update later on calorie intake and such.
I’ve decided that it is time that I finally start to get my life back on track. Health wise, school wise, and in a few other types of ways. I have lost my motivation for exercising. I used to do it all the time, now its close to never.
This blog is going to be here so I can track everything that I am putting into my body (calorie intake), exercise output, and a few other things.
I’m going to count calories, obviously. And I also have a bodybugg that will help me record how many calories I am burning throughout the day.
Starting today, I will be a healthier, better me!
July Goals.
- Try to lose 15 pounds, but i’ll settle for ten.
- Walk/Jog/Run at least three times a week.
- Drink a gallon of water a day.
- Learn to make a few low calorie food items.
- Go to the gym at least three times a week.
- Work out at least 30 minutes every day.
